Doggy Delight reserves the right to refuse grooming services for any dog(s).

Pets are accepted for grooming under the following conditions:

The animal is vaccinated up to date.  Any unvaccinated animal puts itself and others at risk.  Minimum of 2 sets of shots are required – a $5 extra fee will apply for puppy’s who have only one set of shots and/or for dogs who are not current.

Dematting/thinning out matted hair may cause skin irritation.  Shaving your dog will cause a dramatic change in appearance.  Your permission will be required to perform this service.

Appointments
Appointments are to be made to reserve time for grooming.  Some dogs take a very long time.  Groomers do work on commission, if you do not show, they don't get paid!

Cancellations:
    
Cancellations of an appointment must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance.  If you cancel within 24 hours, a flat fee of $20 per dog will apply to your next appointment.  This includes if you forget your appointment.
    
Upon Making and coming to your next appointment, the flat fee will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate to be used in the retail area of the store only.

When making an appointment for two dogs, two appointment times are filled.  When you show for your appointment and only bring one dog, you will be charged a fee of $25 for the cancellation of the second dog.  This fee applies per dog that does not show (1 dog = $25, 2 dogs = $50) 

If you do not arrive within fifteen minutes after your scheduled appointment we will consider it canceled and give your appointment to someone else on our waiting list. $20 fee will apply.

Time Conditions:

Doggy Delight will call you when your dogs(s) are finished.

    You have 20 minutes to pickup your dog(s) after you have been contacted or you will be charged a $10 per half hour per dog until the dogs(s) have been picked up.
